NASS ASPHALT'S intent is to become the most profitable and efficient company of its type in the regional market. We firmly believe that the only way we can achieve this goal is to encompass all the facets of QUALITY MANAGEMENT. This will include developing empathy and keeping close to all our major stakeholders, particularly in relation to our customers. We will need to continually improve and learn as an organization as well as motivate and develop our staff. We will use QA as the foundation discipline of our Quality Management System but look to extend ourselves beyond its boundaries to cover all aspects of our business.
The following are some of systems we will implement to achieve our goals:

  • Implementing Quality Management System and to continually improve performance.
  • Improving all processes and business operations.
  • Ensuring that our employees are fully competent and committed to continually improve performance.
  • Establishing Quality Objectives and reviewing them through the management review process. Performance data is analyzed to assess the continual suitability of the Quality Objectives and the Quality Policy.
  • Provision of necessary resources to achieve this policy.
  • Meeting customers' requirements and expectations.
  • Ensuring that our activities comply with legal requirements and other international standards, including the highest levels of health & safety for our employees and the general public.
  • Reviewing this policy at appropriate intervals to ensure its suitability and ensure it's
    communication through all levels.

We, in NASS ASPHALT, understand that our profitability is largely dependent on the satisfaction and goodwill of our customers and our efficiency is dependent on the capability and motivation of our staff. The development of these two concepts will form the cornerstone of our Quality Management policy.
